NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION MEASURES (IMPLEMENTATION) ACT 1998 - SECT 29
Report by environmental auditor
- (1)
- After completing the environmental audit, the environmental auditor must
prepare, and give the relevant Minister and the Environment Minister, a
written report setting out:
- (a)
- the auditor's qualifications and
experience; and
- (b)
- the results of the audit.
