NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION MEASURES (IMPLEMENTATION) ACT 1998 - SECT 25
Environmental auditors
- (1)
- Subject to sections 26 and 27, the relevant Minister may appoint any
person (the environmental auditor ) to carry out an environmental audit for
the purposes of this Act.
- (2)
- The regulations may make provision for the
accreditation of environmental auditors.
