Delegation by Council

(1): The Council may, by resolution, delegate all or any of its functions and powers conferred by this Act (other than its powers under sections 14, 20 and 63) to the NEPC Committee, the Service Corporation or the NEPC Executive Officer.
(2): A delegation under this section may be varied or revoked by resolution of the Council (whether or not constituted by the persons constituting the Council at the time when the power or function was delegated).
