NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 42

(1)

The NEPC Executive Officer is to be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal, but, if no determination of that remuneration is in force, is to be paid such remuneration as is determined in writing by the Council.

(2)

The NEPC Executive Officer is to be paid such allowances as are determined by the Council.

(3)

Remuneration and allowances payable to the NEPC Executive Officer under this section are to be paid out of the money of the Service Corporation referred to in section 55.

(4)

This section, other than subsection (3), has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 .
