NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 41

NEPC Executive Officer to act in accordance with Council directions

(1): The Council may, by notice in writing given to the NEPC Executive Officer, give directions to the Executive Officer with respect to the conduct of the affairs of the Service Corporation.
(2): The NEPC Executive Officer must comply with a direction given under subsection (1).
