NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 39

(1)

There is to be a NEPC Executive Officer.

(2)

The NEPC Executive Officer is to be appointed by the Council.

(3)

The NEPC Executive Officer is to be appointed for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re-appointment.
