NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 33

(1)

The Council may establish other committees to assist the Council in developing national environment protection measures (including assistance on specified issues).

(2)

The functions, membership and procedures of such other committees are to be determined by the Council.
