NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 31
Procedures of NEPC Committee
- (1)
- Meetings of the NEPC Committee are to be convened at the request of the
Council or by the Chairperson of the Committee in accordance with procedures
determined by the Council.
- (2)
- The procedures to be followed at a meeting of
the NEPC Committee are to be determined by the Committee.
