NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 29

(1)

There is established by this section a committee known as the National Environment Protection Council Committee.

(2)

The NEPC Committee consists of the following members:

(a)

the NEPC Executive Officer;

(b)

a nominee of each member of the Council, being an official of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory, as the case requires.

(3)

The President of the Australian Local Government Association may nominate a person who is entitled to attend and be heard at any meeting of the NEPC Committee but who is not entitled to vote at any such meeting.
