NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 28
Voting at meetings
- (1)
- At a meeting, a decision of the Council must be supported by the votes of
at least two-thirds of the members, whether present or not.
- (2)
- The member
presiding at a meeting of the Council has a deliberative vote only.
