NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 23
Report by Minister on implementation and effectiveness of measures
- (1)
- The Minister referred to in paragraph 9(1)(a) is, after each reporting
year of the Council, to prepare a report on the implementation of national
environment protection measures during that year by the Commonwealth and the
effectiveness of those measures.
- (2)
- A report under subsection (1) must
be submitted to the Council by the 30 September next following each
reporting year.
- (3)
- In this section:
"reporting year" means a year ending on 30 June.
