NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 21

(1)

A national environment protection measure is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .

(2)

A national environment protection measure laid before a House of Parliament in accordance with section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 must be accompanied by:

(a)

the impact statement that relates to the measure; and

(b)

a summary of the submissions received by the Council in relation to the measure and to the impact statement; and

(c)

the Council's responses to those submissions.
