National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may prescribe requirements etc.The National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may prescribe:
(a) requirements with which the CEO must comply relating to the appointment of nominees or the cancellation or suspension of the appointment of nominees; and
(b) criteria the CEO is to apply or matters to which the CEO is
to have regard in appointing nominees or cancelling or suspending the
appointment of nominees.
