NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 - SECT 50J

    The National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may prescribe requirements with which the CEO must comply in relation to the following:

  (a)   the preparation of plans for participants;

  (b)   plans that have come into effect for participants;

  (c)   giving effect to decisions of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in relation to prospective participants or participants.
