NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 - SECT 181U
Staff of the Commission(1) The staff of the Commission must be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 .
(2) For the purposes of that Act:
(a) the Commissioner and the staff of the Commission together constitute a Statutory Agency; and
(b) the Commissioner is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
