NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 - SECT 15
Agency may provide information(1) The Agency may provide information about the following:
(a) matters relevant to the National Disability Insurance Scheme;
(b) the functions of the Agency.
(2) The Agency must use its best endeavours to provide timely
and accurate information to people with disability and other people in order
to assist them in making informed decisions about matters relevant to the
National Disability Insurance Scheme.
