Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA licensed manufacturer shall not supply to any person a drug or a narcotic preparation manufactured by him or her unless the drug or preparation is labelled in accordance with any directions applicable to the drug or preparation given to him or her in pursuance of section 13.
