NARCOTIC DRUGS ACT 1967 - SECT 10C

    A medicinal cannabis licence is subject to the following conditions:

  (a)   the conditions set out in sections   10E to 10K;

  (b)   the conditions (if any) prescribed by the regulations;

  (c)   the conditions (if any) imposed by the Secretary (see sections   8K, 10D and 10M).
