NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910 - SECT 39

Administration of the Australian Navy Cadets

                   Subject to the regulations, to any determinations in force under section 58B of the Defence Act and to the directions of the Minister, the Chief of Navy shall administer the Australian Navy Cadets.
