NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 58
Effect of suspension(1) A suspended licence has no effect while it remains suspended.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to section
62 (which deals with the continued effect of some suspended or cancelled
licences).
