NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 330

    The regulations may prescribe the location for where court proceedings in relation to the following must be brought:

  (a)   matters arising under this Act;

  (b)   credit contracts;

  (c)   mortgages;

  (d)   guarantees;

  (e)   consumer leases.
