NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 308
Report under Part 6 - 1 Subject to section 309, if a copy of a report under Part
6 - 1 purports to be certified by ASIC as a true copy of such a report,
the copy is admissible in proceedings (other than criminal proceedings) as
prima facie evidence of any facts or matters that the report states ASIC to
have found to exist.
