NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 233
Doing act without payment of fee If a fee is payable under section 231 for a matter
involving the doing of an act by the Minister or ASIC under this Act, the
Minister or ASIC may refuse to do that act until the fee is paid.
