NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 133CY
Offence relating to ongoing supplies(1) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person is subject to a requirement under subsection 133CU(1); and
(b) the person engages in conduct; and
(c) the conduct contravenes the requirement.
Criminal penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2) Section 14.1 of the Criminal Code does not apply to an offence against subsection (1).
Note: For an exception to an offence against subsection (1), see
subsection 133CV(1). A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation
to the matters in subsection 133CV(1) (see subsection 13.3(3) of
the Criminal Code ).
