NAURU (HIGH COURT APPEALS) ACT 1976 - SECT 7

Quorum

                   The jurisdiction of the High Court to hear and determine an appeal or an application for leave to appeal under section 5 shall be exercised by a Full Court consisting of not less than 2 Justices.
