NEW BUSINESS TAX SYSTEM (SIMPLIFIED TAX SYSTEM) ACT 2001 - SECT 2

Commencement

(1) Subject to this section this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. (2) Items 5 and 14 of Schedule 3 commence on 22 September 2002.
