NAVIGATION ACT 1912 - SECT 56

                   Any person who:

                     (a)  fraudulently alters an agreement, or

                     (b)  makes a false entry in an agreement, or

                     (c)  delivers a false copy of an agreement;

shall be guilty of an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 2 years, or both.
