Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Every erasure, interlineation or alteration in the agreement, shall be wholly inoperative unless proved to have been made with the consent of all the persons interested in the erasure, interlineation, or alteration.
(2) A certificate signed by a proper authority that an erasure, interlineation or alteration in an agreement was made with the consent of all the persons interested is, in all courts, evidence of the matter certified to.
