Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The owner or master of a ship to which this Part applies shall, at such times as are required by the Authority, furnish to a prescribed person such details of, and such details of changes in, the crew of the ship as are prescribed.
Penalty (on owner and master): $1,000.
(2) An offence under subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
