Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere the character of a seaman is such, or the conduct of a seaman has been such, that the seaman is, in the opinion of a master, unsuitable for engagement as a seaman, the master shall report the circumstances to a superintendent and, if practicable, immediately inform the seaman of the report.
