NAVIGATION ACT 1912 - SECT 3

Act does not apply to naval ships etc.

                   Except where the contrary intention appears, this Act does not apply to or in relation to a ship belonging to, or operated by:

                     (a)  the Australian Defence Force; or

                     (b)  the naval, military or air forces of a country other than Australia.
