MOTOR VEHICLE STANDARDS ACT 1989 - SECT 8

Consultations before determinations

                   Before determining national standards, the Minister may consult with:

                     (a)  relevant State or Territory authorities; or

                     (b)  persons or organisations involved in the road vehicle industry; or

                     (c)  organisations representing road vehicle users.
