MOTOR VEHICLE STANDARDS ACT 1989 - SECT 6A

Application of the Criminal Code

                   Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to offences against the following provisions of this Act:

                     (a)  subsection 10A(6);

                     (b)  subsection 13D(6);

                     (c)  section 13G;

                     (d)  subsections 16(1) and (7);

                     (e)  subsection 21D(2).
