Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person may import a nonstandard road vehicle, a road vehicle that does not have an identification plate or a nonstandard prescribed vehicle component with the written approval of the Minister, which may be approval subject to written conditions determined by the Minister.
(2) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the Minister grants an approval to the person under subsection (1) subject to conditions; and
(b) the person engages in conduct; and
(c) the person's conduct results in the contravention of a condition of that approval.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
