Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person may supply a new vehicle to the market even though it does not comply with a local standard.
(2) In this section:
"local standard" means a vehicle standard for new vehicles, other than a national standard, purported to be required by a law of a State or Territory.
