Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Such fees as are prescribed are payable to the Commonwealth by a person who, under the Rules, requests the Board to reconsider one of its decisions.
(2) The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the refund of any fees paid under subsection (1).
