MILITARY SUPERANNUATION AND BENEFITS ACT 1991 - SECT 21

Membership of Board

             (1)  The Board is to consist of:

                     (a)  a Chairperson; and

                     (b)  4 other trustees;

appointed on a part‑time basis.

             (2)  The trustees are appointed, and hold office, as provided in the Trust Deed.
