MILITARY SUPERANNUATION AND BENEFITS ACT 1991 - SECT 16

Payment by Commonwealth where an invalidity pensioner again becomes a member

                   Where a person who is an invalidity pensioner again becomes a member, the Commonwealth must pay to the Board an amount equal to the amount of the funded employer benefit in relation to the person at the time when the person was retired on the ground of invalidity.
