Reference to service injury sustained or service disease contracted includes reference to aggravation etc. To avoid doubt, a reference to a service injury being sustained,
or a service disease being contracted, at a particular time includes a
reference to an injury or disease that is aggravated, or materially
contributed to, by defence service at such a time.
