MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 2004 - SECT 289
Definition of compensable treatment"compensable treatment" means:
(a) treatment to which a person is entitled under Part 3 (other than under section 280A (treatment for certain injuries covered by the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Defence - related Claims) Act 1988 )); or
(b) treatment in respect of which compensation is payable under Division 1A of this Part.
Note: Compensation for travel expenses incurred in relation to
treatment to which a person is entitled under section 280A may be
payable under section 16 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation
(Defence - related Claims) Act 1988 .
