MUTUAL RECOGNITION ACT 1992 - SECT 6

Operation of this Act

             (1)  Nothing in this Act affects the operation of any other law of the Commonwealth.

             (2)  This Act does not limit the operation of a law of a State so far as it can operate concurrently with this Act.
