MUTUAL RECOGNITION ACT 1992 - SECT 41
Formalities requiring personal attendance(1) Neither substantive or interim deemed registration, nor entitlement to registration, as a result of this Part requires compliance with any statutory or other formalities requiring personal attendance in the second State for the purposes of becoming registered.
(2) This section applies to formalities that would otherwise
have to be complied with before, at or after registration.
