Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In order for a spouse or de facto partner of a person to be entitled to domestic return trips under this Act, there must be a nomination in force under section 9B in relation to the spouse or de facto partner.
(2) Only one spouse or de facto partner of a person may be nominated at any time.
