MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT (STAFF) ACT 1984 - SECT 6
Natural persons may be engaged under contracts of employment or contracts for services
An agreement for the engagement of a natural person as a consultant under this
Part shall specify whether the agreement is to be taken to be a contract of
employment or a contract for services.
