MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT (STAFF) ACT 1984 - SECT 12
Determinations by Prime Minister
The Prime Minister may, by writing, determine that, having regard to the
Parliamentary duties of a Senator or a Member of the House of Representatives,
the Senator or Member ought to be empowered to employ staff under this Part.
