MATERNITY LEAVE (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) ACT 1973 - SECT 8

                   Section 84 of the Fair Work Act 2009 applies to a female APS employee if:

                     (a)  the employee is absent from duty in accordance with section 6; and

                     (b)  the absence is after her confinement and without pay.
