MARINE INSURANCE ACT 1909 - SECT 95
Reference to slip or cover note Where a policy in accordance with this Act has been issued
nothing in this Act shall prevent reference being made in legal proceedings to
the slip or covering note or other customary memorandum of a contract of
marine insurance.
