MY HEALTH RECORDS ACT 2012 - SECT 50
Condition about provision of information to System Operator It is a condition of registration of a
registered repository operator, a registered portal operator or a
registered contracted service provider that it must provide to the
System Operator information included in the My Health Record of a
healthcare recipient if requested to do so by the System Operator.
