MY HEALTH RECORDS ACT 2012 - SECT 110
Minister may determine a law of a State or Territory to be a designated privacy law(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that a law of a State or Territory is a designated privacy law for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A determination made under subsection (1) is a
legislative instrument.
