MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS ACT 1987 - SECT 35D
Money not to be paid into the Common Investment Fund Money that is in the custody or control of the Official Trustee
because of a foreign restraining order must not be paid into the Common
Investment Fund under section 20B of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (despite
anything in that Act).
